My name is Susan and I would like to tell you about the "SPARC" behind SPARC jewelry. Each piece is handmade organic and unique. I only use organic materials, semi-precious and precious stones, natural crystals and Sterling Silver.

My mother taught me the art of beading when I was a child and I continued throughout the years. But the real inspiration came when I moved to Venice Beach, California in 2001 and started creating custom jewelry as a pastime. Soon I was selling jewelry in all the markets and on the Venice Beach Boardwalk. Back in New York since 2003, I continue to create jewelry retaining my west coast influences and taking in new ideas constantly from inspirations all over New York City.

Sparc combines hard-edged, cosmopolitan designs with the opulence and softer influence of the ocean, sand and mountains. I like to mix unusual colors and textures with a fusion of ancient art to provide a constant flow of eye-candy and I take pride in creating each piece to be unique in design. I constantly come up with new designs; my imagination always being fueled by my surroundings.
